• Sourcing, screening, interview scheduling coordination, negotiating compensation packages, etc.
• Should be able to get a pool of candidates, do telephonic screening, and schedule the interviews.
• Should have worked on major job portals social networking tools and other classified job sites.
• Prepare HR letters/ documents
• Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.
• Good Knowledge and experience with MS Excel & PowerPoint
• Candidates need to have excellent Communication Skills and agency experiance
• Any Graduate in Any Specialization MBA in HR
