We are looking for a SEM Executive who would be based out at our Pune Office

Responsibility:

Be the overall leader of the digital sub-units across performance & paid search,with a mandate to lift all of these to best-in-class operational standards, and then constantly innovate and optimize.

Build & execute a holistic digital strategy that addresses optimal reach, effective awareness & recall and conversion for amongst millions of Indians, many of them first-time or nascent internet users.

Act as the bridge between the business and technology, working with both teams to achieve optimum results for the company in terms of customer acquisition, engagement and retention.

Demonstrated team leadership & mentor the team in the digital space.

Ability to work in a fast paced & dynamic environment.

Lead and manage the digital media team that includes creative, tech and strategy specialists

Build and lead the digital media practice in line with revenue targets

Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives in line with the overall strategy to generate business leads, including SEO, SEM

Manage projects and deliverable for websites, apps, eCommerce and digital marketing campaigns.

Obtain data and use analytics to continuously refine strategy to enhance ROI

Should have knowledge of Google Adwords.

Creating new accounts, keyword research, writing ad copy, placement research.

Executing different campaigns – CPM, CPC, CPL, CPA etc.

Campaign Optimization & performance reporting, Search behavior reporting.

Billing to clients and passing bills by Google.

Research & Documenting new findings for performance improvement.

Monitoring Google Analytics for each campaign.

Goal setting and performance monitoring by executing the idea & findings.

Analyzing reports & spot consumer behavior & trends that will help further optimization.

Sharing of analysis information with the team & client on regular basis.
