We knew we had to do something different. The data was staring us in the face, 68% of UAE residents weren’t sleeping enough.
But how do you get people to care about something as overlooked as sleep?
We started by simply asking a question: “How does your coffee taste today?”
And with that, “Be Better, Sleep Better” was born.
We hit the cafés of Dubai in the late morning, just when the caffeine hits were being poured and the sleepy eyes hadn’t quite cleared. We offered coffee in exchange for conversation.
“How many hours did you sleep last night?”
“What did you do instead?”
“How do you feel this morning?”
Real people. Honest answers. And one consistent truth, everyone was tired.
We turned these candid café chats into a powerful documentary, set the tone with radio conversations through RJ Parikshit, and built up intrigue with white noise teaser posts by influencers leading to the campaign reveal.
But we didn’t stop there.
To really hit home, we added an AI activation, one that showed users what they'd look likeat 60 if they kept up their unhealthy sleep patterns. The reactions were raw, real, and unforgettable.

The Solution -We built a culturally rooted, insight-led campaign that took the conversation where it naturally happens — over a cup of coffee. We amplified this with a radio activation led by RJ Parikshit and teaser content from influencers featuring white noise, subtly hinting at the campaign theme. To deepen engagement, we introduced an AI tool that aged participants based on their sleep habits, offering a chilling glimpse of their future selves. Emotional reactions to this reveal were compiled into a second video, turning awareness into personal realization.
